Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Layout in editor view: if you set Sidebar Position to Right (default is Left), it isn’t saved when exiting and re-opening (or updating) Cursor. It always resets back to Left.

Steps to Reproduce

Set Sidebar position to Right, quit Cursor, reopen Cursor

Expected Behavior

Sidebar position should still be Right

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. The issue where the sidebar position (right/left) doesn’t persist after restarting Cursor is a known issue, and the team is already working on it.
