Sign in fail,Authentication blocked, please contact your admin


I would like to report an urgent issue: all members of our team are currently unable to log in to Cursor. The system shows an error message stating “Authentication blocked, please contact your admin”.

This issue is significantly impacting our daily operations. We kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this authentication problem.

I’m having this same issue today. Any chance you’ve heard of a cause or fix?

Stop deleting accounts and you will not have this error.

I have never been able to log in to my account due to this specific error. I tried contacting support [email protected] with the issue two weeks ago, and again yesterday with no response. As far as i know, logging in to cursor.sh is the only way to receive a receipt which i need for expense reporting, this means i may have to cancel my subscription soon.

What should I do to log in
