I am not sure why they are not telling the full story, but it’s not a “Queue”, it’s a fixed delay. It’s fixed at 3 minutes.
Try using around 6 PM UTC, it’s instant at that time, so the delay is either none or 3 minutes.
Same here, “Slow Requests” were okayish, I waited for around a minute.
Suddenly, it’s very slow, waiting for a few minutes to get a response, and I’m a paying customer

Hey, the queue will get longer the more you use it, unfortunately, to help keep things fair for those who are only slightly beyond their limit.
If your seeing high queue times, I’d recommend trying to use a different model, as OpenAI models do not have as harsh queues, and our DeepSeek v3 model is not a premium model, so doesn’t have any queues or usage limits!
