I m using Cursor at 14:00 UTC Time and i see slow queues now that are 90 to 150 request long now.
Normally i got maybe 30 requests in front of me. Is this an outliere or will we see this more often now?
I’m using the Sonnet 3.5

Yeah pretty much the same here. Not much to do but hope that the newest round of funding lets them up their infra and provide better support to users in the future. To be fair the wait time still usually isn’t more than 20-30 seconds even with 100 requests in front of me.
Side effects of going viral on twitter i guess
Will be interesting to see where this goes in the future.
Yeah this is mad. Figured I’d just go surf the web while cursor consistently goes up to 330 seconds (every second is an actual second) and then tells me it’s overwhelmed at the end.
I’m honestly waiting 5 minutes to get told it wont work, been like this almostt every day for me for the past week.
The slow queue is now regularly 400-450 at peak hours. Is there any plan at all to address this beyond “pay up for more fast requests”? This has also become a regular occurrence:
Cursor AI has become almost unusable for me. Absolute trash.
For every prompt I have to wait 2 full minutes for it to tell me that the global rate limit is hit.
Then repeat the process 2 more times, and then after 6 minutes I get a really subpar answer from the AI.
Hey! Which plan are you on?
I am on the pro plan
