Slow work - please someone respond

I initially started using Cursor with a Pro license, then switched to a Team license. However, the application became very slow, and I couldn’t find a solution despite multiple attempts.

Even after approving the payment amount requested by Cursor, the slow code generation issue persisted. As a workaround, I registered again using a different email address, and after the trial ended, I purchased a new Pro license. It’s currently working quite well—except for occasional temporary pauses.

My question is: if this account also starts to slow down over time, will I need to create another new account with a different email and license again? Or is there a permanent solution to this issue?

I kindly request assistance from a support representative. I just want to resolve this problem once and for all and work comfortably.
