Socks5h proxy not supported by 'check for update'

Thanks for reporting a bug you have found in Cursor!
Please add the following info to help us diagnose your issue:

:lady_beetle: Bug behavior: ‘check for updates’ reports net:ERR_NO_SUPPORTED_PROXIES for socks5h proxy, while AI chat works fine with socks5h proxy configured.
:counterclockwise_arrows_button: Reproduce: set http.proxy to a working one starting with ‘socks5h://’, then click ‘Check for Updates’ from the Help menu.

:laptop: OS version: Windows 10. Cursor version: 1.0
:prohibited: Impact: it prevents timely update. If you want to update, you have to manually change proxy to socks5, and back to socks5h after update.
