where did you find the 30.5 installer?
v39.0 Still has the same proxy issue @Kimpar pointed us to.
@truell20 Are you guys looking at this ?
I can share it but I dont think admin will allow this
I also have to reinstall 35.1 every time I start up but at least it is working
Here is more info @truell20
On a machine that is not behind a proxy I set the http proxy in VSCode to http://127.0.0.2 which does not exist
Then the problem swaps arround where CTRL-K works and CTRL - L now give the connection failed error
This tells me that CTRL-K bypasses the VSCode http proxy
@truell20 Are you guys looking at the problem or should we give up?
I face the same issue in enterprise using zscaler which I cannot turn off. Please send help! I plant to introduce this tool to my enterprise but you guys need to prioritize this first so I make a good business case
I am facing the the same issue, CTRL-K and indexing failed to api3.cursor.sh.
I guess CTRL-K and indexing doesn’t go through proxy, but I have set proxy for cursor and cursor chat works fine.
same issue here. please help to check.
Hey! Do you still run into issues after turning off HTTP/2?
That worked. Great !!! Thanks for your help. @truell20
THIS FIXED IT FOR ME
2ND SOULTION WORKED (SMDH it’s the default browser switch from edge then reinstall cursor had this going on for weeks and could not put my finger on what was changed did some digging on the error that everyone was getting and it sounded like more of a browser problem tried my account on 3 different computers and they all did not work the only thing any of them have in common is edge is set to default pls fix this soon ( well bite me this temporally worked)index code base also seems to be related turned off index and seems to work fine not sure exactly what is going on just documenting what I did to fix problem hope this is fixed soon the reason switching browser and reinstall seemed to work for me was prob bc the code base reindexing when I did so but once said codebase was index immediately stopped working***
