Sometimes (ran into this twice today) I have gone to press enter, click on the “chat” or “with codebase” buttons and nothing works to submit my prompt. It just flashes and does nothing.

Not sure if this is related. But when using the /edit function Cursor often freezes as well. Haven’t noticed such behaviour before recently.

Oh huh, like the chat doesn’t work? Or you can’t do anything in the editor? Or something else?
It happens when scrolling the code while using the /edit.
When the /edit is ongoing I sometimes want to check how far the it has gotten and if there are code changes, then it can be quite laggy. Sometimes nothing happens for a few seconds, first then it scrolls.
When /edit is done it’s fine again.

Yeah it happened for me without the /edit. This was a normal chat with a bit of context, the first prompt took and i got an answer back, followups though would not work with enter key or click on chat button. I did however get it to work once with chat with codebase. It only happens sometimes. And I do have a very strong network connection. It just flashes and does nothing. It does not seem like its attempting anything (no visual feedback). I updated cursor and have not experienced it since
