Describe the Bug
Hi there,
I’m a Pro plan user, and I’ve already set up usage billing for premium models, but I’m still unable to use models such as claude-3.7-sonnet
, claude-3.5-sonnet
, gemini
, and others.
When I try to use them, I still get the warning:
“Set up usage billing for premium models. Please contact an administrator in your organization to enable usage-based pricing.”
I’ve confirmed that usage billing is enabled on my account, so I’m wondering if there’s something else I need to configure, or if there’s a known issue or delay in activating access.
Could the team help clarify what might be going on?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
- Go to the Billing or Usage Settings section.
- Enable Usage-Based Pricing for Premium Models.
- Attempt to use a premium model such as
claude-3.7-sonnet
,claude-3.5-sonnet
, orgemini
. - Observe the warning message that appears.
Expected Behavior
After successfully enabling usage-based pricing, the user should be able to access and use premium models (e.g., claude-3.7-sonnet
, claude-3.5-sonnet
, gemini
) without encountering access or configuration error messages.
Instead, the system should allow usage of these models with associated usage charges applied accordingly.
