Still Unable to Use claude-3.7-sonnet and Other Models Even After Setting Up Usage Billing

Describe the Bug

Hi there,

I’m a Pro plan user, and I’ve already set up usage billing for premium models, but I’m still unable to use models such as claude-3.7-sonnet, claude-3.5-sonnet, gemini, and others.

When I try to use them, I still get the warning:

“Set up usage billing for premium models. Please contact an administrator in your organization to enable usage-based pricing.”

I’ve confirmed that usage billing is enabled on my account, so I’m wondering if there’s something else I need to configure, or if there’s a known issue or delay in activating access.

Could the team help clarify what might be going on?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to the Billing or Usage Settings section.
  3. Enable Usage-Based Pricing for Premium Models.
  4. Attempt to use a premium model such as claude-3.7-sonnet, claude-3.5-sonnet, or gemini.
  5. Observe the warning message that appears.

Expected Behavior

After successfully enabling usage-based pricing, the user should be able to access and use premium models (e.g., claude-3.7-sonnet, claude-3.5-sonnet, gemini) without encountering access or configuration error messages.

Instead, the system should allow usage of these models with associated usage charges applied accordingly.
