I am writing to report serious issues with your product functionality. Despite being a business version (maximum) subscriber, I am encountering the following problems:

I keep receiving “Slow request” messages, even though I have the maximum subscription level which should provide fast access.

The system shows a limitation stating “Bad request. Hard limit cannot be greater than 1000 number of seats”, which should not be applicable for the business version of the product.

I constantly receive prompts to “Confirm to enable usage-based pricing with a $20 monthly limit”, which is inconsistent with my subscription level.
I request:
