I am writing to report serious issues with your product functionality. Despite being a business version (maximum) subscriber, I am encountering the following problems:

  • I keep receiving “Slow request” messages, even though I have the maximum subscription level which should provide fast access.

  • The system shows a limitation stating “Bad request. Hard limit cannot be greater than 1000 number of seats”, which should not be applicable for the business version of the product.

  • I constantly receive prompts to “Confirm to enable usage-based pricing with a $20 monthly limit”, which is inconsistent with my subscription level.

I request:

  • Verification of my account settings correctness

  • Removal of the mentioned limitations

  • Ensuring stable service operation in accordance with my purchased subscription level

If the problem cannot be resolved promptly, please provide a detailed explanation of why these errors are occurring and the expected timeline for their resolution.
