I have a product suggestion for subscription management.
For plan changes that take effect immediately and significantly alter an existing subscription, it would be helpful to provide stronger safeguards before the change is finalized.
Possible improvements could include:
- A confirmation page summarizing exactly what will change.
- Clear labeling of whether the action is immediate or scheduled for renewal.
- A short undo period after a plan change.
- An option to apply the change at the end of the current term.
- A comparison showing the current plan, new plan, effective date, and renewal terms.
These safeguards would reduce accidental changes and make the subscription experience easier to understand.
