code supernova has been taking anything from 20 mins to an hour to fix simple issues for me today. (for the last 8 hours) for the first couple of hours I thought it had crashed, but its actually working, just crazy slow. even on single files.
Steps to Reproduce
Use supernova.

ordinarily i’d swap models but i’m part way into a complex plan and to do list with supernova and it was looking pretty efficient when I started, where regular grok had let me down badly.
Grok 4 performed really badly for a couple of days previously BTW, told me it had fixed an AUTH bug it created, its solution I discovered was commenting out all the AUTH code and leaving a gaping security hole so it could move onto something it could fix. (But it didn’t tell me that, told me it had solved the problem and made something up). And flat out lied about it multiple times when I questioned it. Its reasoning was, I had been working on the problem for a long time and it wanted to make me feel better. Probably the worst thing I’ve seen an AI do so far. Dropped my trust in that model to zero. (First couple of weeks using it, it looked really promising).
Are you using any MCP servers? That might be causing the issue. I don’t think it’s related to limits. We don’t restrict how models operate, so this looks unusual and we should check it.
supernova has definite issues. when it works, it works great, but I’m on my fourth attempt now where it just freezes up in the middle of tasks. when you start a new chat it’s fine, but then you’re wasting 30 - 60 minutes getting back up to speed when it was in the middle of a complex, usually unfinished task.
when you stop a frozen task and ask it a new question, it often kicks the question back as if it hasn’t been submitted. super frustrating because it is a great model.
