Code-supernova-1-million model issue

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I’ve been trying to use this model for different tasks, but it always gets stuck around the 280k context mark.

Even though it’s supposed to support up to 800k, once it hits around 280k (36%) it stops working and just shows the three pulsating dots and never continues, this happens across multiple chats. The same thing happens whether I have Max Mode turned on or disabled.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Steps to Reproduce

Open a new chat with the model that supports up to 800k context.

Paste or generate content that builds up to 280k+ tokens.

Ask the model to continue processing/responding.

Observe that once it reaches 280k+, it stalls (pulsating dots), and no response is returned.

Expected Behavior

The model should continue working normally up to the advertised 800k context limit.
