Support email not found

I’m trying for a few days to find any support email or POC to connect with.

There are some issues on my account & payment that is causing some issues for me.
The Cursor web page does not show any email address for support.
Does anyone have a idea how to get hold of anyone in the compant/support?

I have tried contacting them for 4 days now.
They are not responding to any of my emails

I emailed hi@cursor.com two days ago but still haven’t heard back.

Hi, the issue is with my account.
I have accidentally subscribed to the pro account with my work email, and need to cancel or move the subscription to my personal email

Also, not sure how to send private massages here, but If you can forward your email, I can send you the details there

A similar question was on the forum recently from a user with an annual subscription, here is the response:

Did you sign up for an annual subscription?

If so, you can follow the same advice in that post.

I have opened a new account with my personal email, and sent the information for both accounts in the support email, still no luck

No one answers my email to the address, hi@cursor.com for the past three days.

Is it hi@cursor.com, or hi@cursor.sh? Could you please confirm the address?
