Describe the request

We’re a small business of 10 people. I purchased a team plan as we’re a team and central control is appealing, but I just learned that I pay 2x as much for that privilege vs. individual plans and there’s no third usage tier. I’m seriously considering cancelling the team plan and purchasing a series of individual plans. Central billing and control is worth something for a small business, but not much. I want the same tiers available at a minimal additional cost per user for the central control convenience. Save your huge pricing for Enterprise customers.

You’re right that there’s currently no Ultra-equivalent seat on Teams. Standard and Premium are the only two seat types available, with Premium being the higher-usage option for heavier users. You can also mix and match them per person from the admin dashboard.

That said, new plans and pricing are in the works. Once they’re ready, I’d encourage you to take another look!
