Describe the request
Ability to share rules amongst a team and update/distribute them to a team.
context:
I have been getting huge gains from changing my rules recently. Others in my company have begun to adopt them. I created a repo with instructions for other devs that want to get up and going with my stuff. However, manual adoption is less than ideal. I would like to devs to at the very least be able to opt-in to my published rule updates. Eventually, it would be nice to be able to standardize certain rules to uphold quality standards.
