Provide a clear description of the bug
When Cursor tries to execute a terminal command (Windows / PowerShell) it adds two extra characters at the end. The result is that the command never executes. Manually running the same command in the same terminal window succeeds. This behaviour persists across cursor.exe restarts and model changes.
