Terminal does not initialize when remoting into device using anysphere

Describe the Bug

The SSH Anysphere extension fails to establish an SSH terminal connection to the selected device in the Cursor terminal window—nothing happens when attempting to connect.

Steps to Reproduce

Establish SSH connection to remote host using Anysphere. Open Terminal with Ctrl + `. A remote shell to remote host is never established.

Expected Behavior

After successfully establishing an SSH connection to remote host, the terminal window shows a remote shell to the remote host.

This is a show stopper for me. I’m using VSCode until I can find a path forward.
