Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

The chat panel does not remember its size. After closing and opening the project, the panel returns to its default size.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the project
  2. Change the width of the chat panel
  3. Close/open the project

Expected Behavior

The panel retains the size specified by the user.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report and the video, it makes the issue clear.

This is a known issue, the chat panel width doesn’t persist between sessions. A few users have reported similar behavior before: UI constantly resets layout in Cursor 2.0.

I’ve shared this with the team.
