The large model will still execute the previous output and ignore the content I input later

Describe the Bug

When I click to stop the output of the large model and input new content, the large model will still execute the previous output and ignore the content I input later, which is very absurd. I am using claude-4-sonnet, and this problem has only recently occurred.

Steps to Reproduce

When the large model is outputting content, click stop and then reject its changes, and then input new instructions or additional information, it will still output to the content before the interruption.

Expected Behavior

After interrupting the output, it should think again according to the new instructions and then output content as before.
