Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue in Plan mode that the team is already working on. Right now, Plan mode has sync problems when recreating plans in the same chat window, including:
- TODO lists not updating correctly
- Requests after the initial plan creation not updating the plan.md file properly
Temporary workaround:
- Start a new chat for each new plan
- Or keep plans in regular markdown files in your workspace instead of Plan mode’s internal system
