The support service is not working

There was a mention on the forum more than once that if someone wants to switch to the old pricing, they need to contact support [email protected] but after writing to them, I have been waiting for a response for the 3rd day.

me too after I asked for a human answer

Same problem. This is frustrating.

Today, the old pricing system was returned to me, but without any message from the support service about it. Thanks for that at least.
