I got a 2 on my taskbar Icon
What might that mean? I cannot find any other hint in the app
Hey, this is the agent-notification badge. The number 2 means 2 agents have finished running, are waiting for your approval, or have unread results, and the Cursor window wasn’t focused.
How to clear it:
- Open or focus those agent chats, or in the Agents panel use Mark All as Read
- The badge also clears automatically about an hour after the last event
- If you don’t want to see these at all, turn off System Notifications in Cursor settings
Right now the badge doesn’t show which exact agents it’s for. That’s annoying, we know. Let me know if the number doesn’t go away after you open the agents.
