UNable to reach the model provider -happens often

Hey, thanks for the report. This intermittent GPT-5 Agent mode issue has come up a few times. Please try:

  • Disable HTTP/2: Ctrl + , → search “HTTP/2” → enable “Disable HTTP/2” → restart Cursor
  • Share a Network Diagnostics screenshot: Cursor Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics
  • Check your environment: are you using a VPN, proxy, or corporate network?
