Hi Helena, from observing this forum for the last few weeks, I’ve seen this problem show up a few times; it usually turns out to be temporary or a network connectivity problem.
Let’s also run some diagnostics to find the cause:
Network diagnostics: Open Cursor → Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics. Share the results here.
Disable HTTP/2: Press CMD + , to open Settings, search HTTP/2, enable Disable HTTP/2, restart Cursor and test again.
Extra details: Are you on a VPN or corporate network? Any firewall/antivirus running? And, can you share a request ID? (Chat menu → Copy Request ID). Staff members may be able to help review based on the request ID.
