Unable to Switch Chats After Latest Update (v1.1)

Describe the Bug

After updating to version 1.2, it is no longer possible to switch between chats. Whenever I attempt to change to a different chat, the current chat closes unexpectedly, preventing the switch.

Steps to Reproduce

1.	Open the app.
2.	Try to switch from the current chat to a different one.
3.	The chat closes and I am unable to switch.

Expected Behavior

When switching to a different chat, the app should smoothly navigate to the selected chat without closing the current conversation unexpectedly or terminating the chat window.

Hey, it seems your activity bar is hidden. You need to make it visible, and then the chat tabs will be visible to you again.

oh my god there are so many settings i had no idea about. and also definitely did not change this from “default” to anything else [note: mine was now set to top, but was exhibiting “hidden” behavior. so note to devs that upon upgrade to 1.2 this setting switched. but this was the resolution, set to default and i see the tabs. thanks!
