When closing and reopening cursor, if I try to continue a conversation in a previous chat (from ctrl+alt+l tab) I dont get any connection. Any new chat manages to communicate properly. How to debug the problem?
I have the same problem. Trying to re-visit an old chat, when I type a message and send it nothing happens. No indication of generation happening, no error, just sits there.
I can open a new chat window but I really don’t want to lose the context of this one…
As a workaround, try editing the last message in the chat. This should get it running again.
I also lost my complete chat history from last night and when I asked Cursor about it, it told me it never had the ability to save chats. We argued back and forth. 
This is not a solution as it does not work for me. I tried to edit multiple previous messages using the pencil icon on the last message I wrote, but the chat keeps hanging. Don t you have a log file for cursor that you could see why the chat is stuck?
