Understand cursor metrics (Tab usage?)

Hi we have been seeing some wild numbers for this metric Tab Usage and I couldn’t find what is this about, can someone explain exactly what is tracking or where I can find the docs for it?

We had one user with 70k tab usage in 20 days, this seems a little excessive, kind of 3k tab a day? crazy.
