Unexpected refresh and data loss when editing User Rules in Cursor Settings

Describe the Bug

While editing User Rules under Cursor → Settings → Rules, the editor occasionally refreshes unexpectedly. When this occurs, all unsaved content is lost.
This issue appears to happen randomly, and I have not been able to consistently reproduce it.

Steps to Reproduce

Unfortunately, there is no known reliable reproduction method. The issue seems to occur sporadically during normal editing.

Expected Behavior

The editor should not refresh or discard unsaved content unexpectedly during rule editing.
