Thanks for reporting a bug you have found in Cursor!
Please add the following info to help us diagnose your issue:

The button does nothing but restart the cursor. Also it keep re-appearing which is annoying. Can we remove it for Linux users if not possible to make it functional?
this is in cursor version 0.47.7
