UPGRADED TO PRO , Payment went thru BUG

Hey just upgraded from trial to Pro … and I’m still listed as a Pro Trial User.
Both in the osx app and in my web dashboard …

Come on … I see this has been a bug of yours for a very long time …
pls help me . Now i dont know if to try again or to see if i get answered … and ppl here they say they needed to wait a couple of days to get an answer …
