My payment went through but why my plan is still not pro yet?

I have successfully made payments via debit card as all my credit card failed… but even if the payment went through, i’m still not getting PRO plan yet, can someone seriously help? is extremely frustrating.

I ran into the same problem, it seems that this is some kind of bug, as I have seen similar messages on the forum
