I have paid for pro but haven’t been given access. and when i went on to log in it tells me to pay again. Even though the transaction went through. Please can someone fix
I am experiencing the same issue. I have paid for the yearly Pro plan, but my account still shows I am on a Pro Trial. When I log in, it asks me to pay again, even though the transaction has already gone through—my email - sj955505@gmail.com

Hey folks, I bought a 2 seat annual plan, was billed, then billed another random amount, then account dropped from pro back to free. Sent some emails, no response for a week now. Can someone please take a look and resolve this, thanks!
