The first month of my Pro plan incorrectly calculating my usage

Hi, I’ve already tried emailing support twice but haven’t gotten a response. Mid-Aug I signed up for a free trial around Sep 1st, started paying for the Pro plan.

From that point, I only used about 100 fast requests but on Sep 7th, was then moved to the “slow” requests because according to Cursor, I’ve already hit 500 fast requests.

I believe what happened was that the free trial fast requests were included in the calculation. However, my next payment is schedule for the end of Sep, so after the first week of paying for an entire, I am required to top-up for more requests for the remaining 3 weeks, which doesn’t make sense to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

How do I contact support? I’m not receiving responses to my emails or to this post? I’ve been stuck with slow queries for weeks now…
