Helllo team/anyone, I just want to express my frustrations towards the suscribtion. I just availed the subscription last night, it ieven charged to my bank already. But as I go to my account settings, it still displays on trial only, and I can’t even use the Pro Feature on my cursor. I hope I can get a refund if this doesn’t get solved
Is anyone experiencing the same issue? I hope this won’t last for long
Hey, make sure you’re logged into the correct account, and try logging out and back in on Cursor.
hello, i’m actually using the right account that i used for subscription, is it possible to have bug? because i have a github account which have the same email to my other account, i have two accounts in total, help please
Hi, your payment is on the GitHub account.
Can you sign out of both the app and the dashboard, sign in with the GitHub button and relogin to the app. You should then have Pro available.
Unfortunately, logging in with your email and GitHub separately makes two different accounts!

Same here. I’d appreciate some assistance, but looking at the forum and the amount of customer complaints, I’m on the verge of cancelling the payment and call it a day.
