Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

I joined my company’s Cursor team (eHouse), and everything was working fine for a while. But now, every time I try to use the chat, I get an error message:

Connection failed. If the problem persists, please check your internet connection or VPN Background Agent requires at least $2 remaining until your hard limit. Please increase your hard limit or enable usage-based pricing. (Request ID: 478bdbd5-9c95-4944-a162-b60b5a5e1f91)

### Steps to Reproduce

  • Highlight a section of code
  • Press “command-e”
  • Type a prompt (e.g. “Can you explain this?”)

### Expected Behavior

I was getting explanations of code before, but now I am not.
