Which is cheaper, should I be adding my Anthropic API keys in Cursor or should I just keep extending the “On Demand” limit budget in Cursor?

I’ve been on the Pro plan but sailed another $140 beyond that.

Do I get more than $200 worth of Claude credits if I go to the Ultra Plan?
