Hey, thanks for the report.

The same resource_exhausted error is showing up for a few users today. Try this workaround:

  1. Cursor Settings → search for “HTTP/2” → set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.1
  2. Restart Cursor

We also need some diagnostics:

  • Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics (send a screenshot of the results)
  • Are you using a VPN, proxy, or firewall (like Zscaler)?
  • What region/country are you connecting from?
  • Which model were you trying to use?
