The same resource_exhausted error is showing up for a few users today. Try this workaround:
- Cursor Settings → search for “HTTP/2” → set HTTP Compatibility Mode to HTTP/1.1
- Restart Cursor
We also need some diagnostics:
- Settings → Network → Run Diagnostics (send a screenshot of the results)
- Are you using a VPN, proxy, or firewall (like Zscaler)?
- What region/country are you connecting from?
- Which model were you trying to use?

Let me know if disabling HTTP/2 helps.
