I have already closed all the windows and restarted the cursor, but it doesn’t work.

Please help me to work this out.

Any VPNs?

Nope. But the weird thing is it works fine on my colleagues computer. I logged out and deleted all the caches, and then tried, but it didn’t work.

Hey, thanks for the report. Could you let me know which model you’re using? Also, try running a network diagnostic in the Cursor settings.

@deanrie faced the same issue, it worked for me when I switched the AI model from Auto to claude-4-sonnet.

I have same issue, tried using claude-4-sonet and gpt-5, still not working, Tried restarting / using other PC / ISP, still didn’t work.

Tab completion also didn’t work.

Hey @chitosa, this suggests you have some kind of corporate firewall in the way of Cursor “phoning home” to its servers. We quite often see systems like ZScalar being the cause of such issues!
