What does the `switch to gpt-4` option mean?

I saw there are two options switch to gpt-4 and switch to cursor-small. Does anyone know what they mean? Is it used for cursor tab completion?

But I didn’t find options similar in the cursor setting panel. So I doubt maybe these two are deprecated options. Whichever I choose, I didn’t see any changes or toasts.

Yep, I finally realize these options really work. Seems it would change all chatbox models to the chosen one. But they are ambiguous.
