I saw the update this morning and upgraded, but now when I open and use Cursor, my CPU usage spikes like crazy. Did this update introduce a serious bug?
Hey, try checking which processes are using your CPU. Open the command palette with cmd/ctrl + shift + p and type Developer: Open Process Explorer. Then send a screenshot.
Starting from version 0.51, window scrolling has started to drop frames and get stuck, which affects the experience. I have dropped back to 0.50 and hope to fix it in the next version.

I find this happening on all flavors of VsCode while using agents. Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s specific to Cursor, there seems to be memory leak or something, somewhere. Eventually the entire client will just crash out.
