What is going on with this Cursor? Where are the chats disappearing to?

Cannot open Chat Window

This happens if the Chat pane opens empty. You would be able to see the right pane but without any chat inside. press CMD P to open command field, type > and paste Open Compose as Pane then launch it. it will move chat back to the right pane. This happens if Cursor gets slow or crashes or cant open chat. The chat history can be backed up using following extension. Then you can rename project and open it in cursor. This will cause the history to be wiped for that project and its clean. Some …
