When chatting, please don't scroll the response

With standard conversational AI web interfaces, the response doesn’t scroll downward, but instead displays a “down” button allowing the user to jump downward or scroll as needed. The Chat box in Cursor instead immediately scrolls the response downward, usually faster than it can be read, thus requiring the user to stop the response, wait until it finishes (which can take a bit) etc.

I’m just suggesting a way to make the AI responses more readable.

Hey, please check if you have auto-scroll enabled. The only thing is that there isn’t a down button yet, but I’ll forward this to our team as a feature request. Thank you!
