When i tried to give input the chat is not responding

Recently i downloaded cursor AI for my windows, when i tried to give input the chat is not responding. i tried uninstalling multiple times, cleared cache, connected my github account but still facing the same issue.

1.when i give the input - there is no error message or no response

2.no VPN is running

3.agent version - CursorSetup-x64-2.2.43 (1).exe

4.my windows machine info

OS built  : 26100.6584

Edition: Windows 11 Pro - 64-bit operating system

 version : 24H2

I would suggest you start with network diagnostics and if everything checks out there, grab a Request ID from the chat and share it here.
