Where is the Interpreter mode?

It has just vanished? Is it me who dont know how to turn it on?
I read the changelogs but find nothing about it there?
Would be superhelpfull if anyone could give me a hand and help me out here…

No code interpreter in latest builds

Using 40.4 shows no code interpreter - I think it was beta option before, now can’t see that. And no option to change in the Chat panel. Sorry if I missed the update, but why is it removed and will it be brought back?

Interpreter Mode is missing in 0.40

it was removed a few versions ago, not mentioned in the changelog - I raised a post on it and no response from the team with an explanation. Composer is not a replacement - its a different feature. Unless, there long term plan is to have interpreter built into Composer. But then it should be part of Chat as well - the ability to run read and write to a terminal.

I’ve been meaning to post about this.

After they made Composer “default” on, they removed Interpreter. But, there are still uses for it. Executing commands in python/shell is very useful, particularly in data analysis when troubleshooting. I hope they bring it back, or get some of that goodness in Composer.

Many uses…Big difference between writing code as a programmer to create a “program”, vs. using code to do stuff, such as data analysis

There is a reason when AI renamed (For a while) their Code Interpreter mode to “Advanced Data Analysis”
