Which is cheaper: more Fast Requests or add own GPT-4 Turbo api-key?

Hello,

I am a hobbyist programmer, and I use cursor.sh for my personal page. Currently, I have paid $20 for cursor.sh and $20-$40 for additional GPT-4 fast requests.

To optimize my costs, would it be cheaper or similar if I add my own OpenAI key? Should I consider changing the model from default to Anthropic or Azure API?

I use cursor.sh for ts-node.

Do you already know the answer? I am keen to use Cursor, and I already have an Anthropic API key. I was wondering if using that key would be cheaper than buying the Pro version of Cursor.

Thank you for replying.
I just discovered that, in the Free plan, the Apply feature from the chat window doesn’t work when you use an API key. They really force you to upgrade to Pro. But I think it’s worth the money.
I’m coding almost 24/7. I even consider to stop my Jetbrains subscription. I hardly use it anymore since I installed Cursor.
