I was using 3.7 thinking on a normal day-to-day basis and found an update to claude 4 thinking, but when I used it he told me that too many people were using it and that slow pool pro users weren’t allowed to use claude 4, so I had to cut back to 3.7, only to find that the cursor had been removed from the 3.7 thinking mode, why did you do that? Because everyone is complaining that 3.7thinking is too slow so is this the way to address the people who are asking questions?
What is happening to Bro’s cursor? I’m still using Claude 3.7 Sonnet Thinking normally? Only Claude 4 I haven’t used it (Claude 4 is not curvently enabled in the slow pool due to high demand. Please select another model, or enable usage-based pricing to get more fasts.
I can’t find and use claude 3.7 in the thinking model list now!
When I select the claude 3.7 model he only has the normal mode
As you can see in the picture when I select the thinking model claude 3.7 is not available for selection.
In version 0.50.5 I can no longer see Claude Sonnet 3.7 or Claude Sonnet 3.7 Thinking in the list of available models. Additionally, Claude Sonnet 4 is not accessible in the slow pool. This significantly degrades the user experience and effectively forces me to use Claude Sonnet 3.5, which is a noticeable downgrade compared to the 3.7 version. Can you bring back the 3.7 model? or at least enable the slow pool for Claude Sonnet 4..

I’m currently using cursor version 0.49 with claude 3.7 but no claude 3.7 thinking
Or you can check in settings-model to see if there is claude 3.7 or not.
I backed out of the version because I had a bad experience with Cursor 0.50 before, so I don’t know much about more changes in version 0.50.
Fixed, I realized that Claude Sonnet 3.7 was disabled in the Models settings, though I’m not sure why
3.7 one of the worst Claude models and 4 is so far the best so it will replace the former. Too many people had issues with 3.7 and not just in Cursor. Even with decent prompts it was overeager which also Anthropic acknowledged but had no better version until now
