Confused with potential feature changes

Hi Folks,

I am a little bit confused with what is happening. Please help me navigate and clarify what I might be missing.

I don’t see option for non-thinking Claude 3.7 Sonnet anymore in my chat pane - only thinking mode which takes in 2x requests. Why is this design decision made?

Could you share following:

  • Which Cursor version you use?
  • What models you see in the Cursor Settings?

if some model is not visible there, you can always go to Documentation → Models and copy with the copy icon there after the model the name and add it to your Cursor settings.
