i’m use cursor pro. why is so slow today in all models?
What models are you using and what is it you’re trying to do? How massive is your chat?

I have been using several models and could not see any slow down. Some AI providers do have occasional temporary outages but this would not affect all providers.
As jokerfool mentioned there might be several reasons for this:
- Long chat: try a fresh new chat to see if this is still happening.
- Which model do you use? Some models have extended thinking that may look slow but is a feature of the model.
- Please check Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics. this would show you if there is a network/internet connection issue. You can post the logs here as well.
- If you see a regular slow down, please file a full bug report as this should be investigated. For this best is to add a Request ID with privacy disabled for that request so the Cursor Team can look into the details.
Only with a full bug report can the issue be properly checked. I think that such issues shouldn’t be just discussed but a solution found as it affects your ability to use Cursor.
