Why won't you let me select the text in the composer?

I have this long composer attempt to work on a file, but in the end I had to revert back to the original.

However, if I then want to copy some text from the compose history below (i.e. the things I reverted), it’s all just grayed out and impossible to select.

Please, make EVERY PART of this section ALWAYS selectable.

It’s incredibly infuriating to have partial pieces of code, as well as instructions I want to re-use right there.

I can’t even restore future checkpoints, if I wished to undo my revert and go to a specific point.

This works sometimes. But sometimes it doesn’t and this is the bug, or feature, that should be fixed.

Any text should be selectable.
That’s all.

Also please make CTRL + A etc. always work in these areas! Both for text boxes and the entire compose window!

I’ve had selection issues a lot, and agree all text should always be selectable.

Sometimes with the mouse at an extremely precise place near the end of a code/text block it will turn into a selection cursor for me, but won’t select out of the visual range (maximum zoom out allows selecting more.)

Yeah this can be frustrating - there is a copy button for each AI response which should help, but I get that more flexible text selection would be better. I’ll make sure this feedback gets to the team!
